Traditionally a school is organised the day before the annual conference, where young researchers have a unique opportunity to expand their knowledge on advanced topics in the area of computational mechanics.
In addition, a new initiative was created in 2023 to organise an Autumn School that involves theoretical aspects of computational mechanics combined with hands-on practical activities.
