The Association organises an annual two day conference on computational mechanics, developments and research trends. The purpose of this Conference is to provide a forum for reviewing the computational mechanics activities in any area of computational mechanics – solid and structural mechanics, fluid mechanics, computational fluid dynamics, gas, bioengineering, geomechanics, electromagnetics, multi-physics, mesh generation, etc with a particular emphasis on interdisciplinary aspects to enable cross-fertilization to take place between different disciplines. The first conference took place in 1993, see more details here.
Since 2011 the Association organises a school on advanced topics in the area of computational mechanics, see more details here.
The institutions represented in the Association regularly organise research seminars in the area of computational mechanics, see more details here.
